About Serpil Şenyüz Kut

Born on October 30, 1987, in Bandırma, Serpil Şenyüz Kut has always been known for her deep passion for creativity and design. After completing her high school education in Bandırma, she moved to Istanbul to pursue her dream of becoming an interior designer, enrolling in the Interior Architecture and Environmental Design program at Bahçeşehir University. Even during her university years, she took on freelance projects, stepping into the world of design at an early age.

In 2008, Serpil spent a year in Florence working alongside renowned Italian architect Andrea Ponzi, an experience that profoundly influenced her. She refined her design philosophy, blending modern elegance with a timeless sense of sophistication. Following her graduation, she began her professional career at Misa Architecture, where she worked on various projects.

A major turning point in her career came in 2013 when she joined DEMSA Group. Over the next three years, she played a key role in the creative and implementation phases of one of her most significant projects—the St. Regis Istanbul Hotel. During her time at DEMSA, she further honed her expertise in luxury retail, managing projects for world-renowned brands such as La Fayette, Gucci, Harvey Nichols, Tom Ford, and Lanvin.

In 2018, Serpil took her professional journey a step further by founding her own firm, Serpil Şenyüz Interiors (SSI). Since its establishment, SSI has successfully completed numerous projects, including residences, villas, boutiques, offices, hotels, and yachts. Each project reflects Serpil’s dedication to quality, creativity, and functional design.

Her design philosophy is rooted in the belief that interiors should be both functional and aesthetically satisfying. With an approach that fuses modernity with warmth and hospitality, she strives to create environments that authentically reflect her clients’ personalities and needs. By combining bold and timeless elements with clean and elegant color palettes, she ensures that each project is unique and deeply personalized.
